If you are unable to find the invoice then please use the next field on the claim form to attach a copy of the customer sales receipt.

If you are unable to find the customer sales receipt then please provide us with the Snopake invoice number in the previous field of the claim form.

IMPORTANT: If you do attach a receipt, and upon trying to submit the form you are informed that you have not completed it correctly, YOU WILL NEED TO ATTACH THE RECEIPT AGAIN as it is not saved until you successfully submit the form.
